A Cyber startup developing a cloud-based platform for secure and high-speed enterprise communication. The company's mission is to simplify IT complexity by consolidating communication and security capabilities into a single cloud-native platform enhancing speed, efficiency, and reducing operational costs.Their solution delivers a complete enterprise communication suite that bridges the gap between the needs of modern digital businesses and the rigid, expensive infrastructure of traditional telecom providers, through a Cloud-Native Carrier architecture.Located near Azrieli in Tel Aviv, the company offers a hybrid work model. They employ around 700 people globally, including 400 in Israel.About the Role-

Reporting to the Engineering Manager
Managing a team of 5 Automation Developers
40% hands-on development
Part of the Core Networking group
Responsible for building automation infrastructure in Python
Conducting performance testing on complex network environments
Working with switches, routers, boards, and advanced lab setups
Developing test environments and automation frameworks for networking systems

Requirements-

2 years of experience as an Automation Team Leader
3 years of hands-on experience with networking products
In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, switching, routing
Experience with Linux operating systems
Strong understanding of testing methodologies
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
Experience in performance and stress testing - an advantage
