Job Description:תיאור משרה

אחריות וניהול של צוות האיכות והטכנולוגיה במפעל
הכנה למבדקי איכות וליוויים (משרד הבריאות FDA, FSSC, ותקנים נוספים בהתאם לדרישה).
הכוונה והדרכה בתהליכי אי התאמות ופעולות מתקנות
האחריות לוודא שתחומי איכות ספקים , תלונות לקוח , בקרות איכות בתהליך , טכנולוגיה וביקורת הקבלה יתנהלו כנדרש ובהתאם לדרישות .
אחריות תיקוף נהלים ,הוראות עבודה ,רשומות ומפרטים של האתר והתאמתם לתהליכים בפועל ולדרישות הרגולציה והתקינה הרלוונטית.
ניהול מערך הטיפול בתלונות לקוחות וספקים מהארץ ומחו"ל
ניהול ספקים בתחום האיכות וביצוע מבדקי ספק תקופתיים
הפקת פקודות עבודה לייצור
אחריות , ריכוז, הובלת והדרכת צוות HACCP מפעלי
אחריות על עמידה בתוכיות הדרכת עובדים בתחום האיכות ובטיחות מזון .
פיתוח – ליווי הטמעת מוצרים חדשים, מתן מענה לתיקוני פורמולות, תיקוף חיי מדף, עדכון שינויים במפרטים
פחת – מעקב ובקרה אחר רמות הפחת ומציאת פתרונות להקטנתו
בחינת והכנסת ציוד חדש בהתאם לדרישות השיווק
עבודה שקופה ומשותפת עם מחלקות הפיתוח, השיווק והאיכות הגלובליות

דרישות

השכלה אקדמאית –חובה
ידע וניסיון מוכח בניהול תחום הבטחת איכות –חובה

Responsibilities (English)Lead and manage the Quality and Technology team at the production site.Prepare for and accompany external quality audits and inspections (Ministry of Health, FDA, FSSC, and additional standards as required).Guide and support the handling of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.Ensure proper execution of all quality-related processes, including supplier quality, customer complaints, in-process controls, technology, and incoming goods inspections.Responsible for validating and updating site procedures, work instructions, records, and specifications, ensuring alignment with actual operations and relevant regulatory and standard requirements.Manage the handling of both domestic and international customer and supplier complaints.Oversee supplier quality management, including execution of periodic supplier audits.Issue production work orders as needed.Lead, coordinate, and train the site HACCP team.Ensure compliance with employee training programs in the areas of quality and food safety.Support product development by assisting with the implementation of new products, updating product specifications, validating shelf life, and modifying formulations when needed.Monitor and control production waste levels and develop solutions to reduce waste.Evaluate and introduce new equipment in accordance with marketing requirements.Collaborate closely and transparently with the R&D, Marketing, and Global Quality teams.
Qualifications (English)Academic degreeProven knowledge and experience in managing Quality Assurance * Knowledge and hands-on experience in leading auditsCertified Food Safety Team LeaderFull proficiency in Microsoft Office * PCQI certification – an advantageExperience in leading cross-functional projects – an advantage
