HR Analytics and Operations Specialist

- Analyze data from a variety of internal and external systems to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Build dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, define HR KPIs, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data
- Produce ad-hoc analyses to explore specific questions and provide data-driven insights about our workforce
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to automate processes using HRIS tools
- Solve problems creatively by designing scalable and tech-enabled solutions to operational challenges
- Develop user-friendly processes, work instructions, and documentation to support HR operations
- Lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives, using tools and technology to enhance HR services
- Maintain, update, and validate employee data within the HR Information System
- 3 + years of experience in analytical roles such as Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Economics, or Business Intelligence (BI)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Passionate about people, data-driven decision-making, and working as part of a team
- Independent, curious, proactive, and a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with HR systems (preferably HiBob) - Advantage
- Experience in HR roles at a global company - Advantage
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) - Advantage
