Job DescriptionRole Overview:Manage and lead multi-disciplinary hardware development projects from concept through transition from development to production.Coordinate and manage internal interfaces across all organizational departments, including Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Planning, Marketing, and more.Maintain direct communication with major clients, primarily from the defense sector in Israel and abroad.Manage agreements and price proposals with suppliers and subcontractors.Build project budgets, manage and monitor expenses, including tracking client-driven changes.Lead status meetings with internal and external teams, including matrix management.Plan and monitor work plans, schedules, and tasks, ensuring achievement of project objectives and requirements.Requirements:Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing similar multi-disciplinary hardware development projects – Mandatory.Ability to manage teams and oversee complete product lifecycle processes.Experience working with large clients in the defense (primarily) and civilian sectors.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.Experience with ERP systems (significant advantage for Priority ERP).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.Experience using MS Project.High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-motivation in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.Accuracy, organization, and the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time well.Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.About CompanyUrban Recruits specialises in connecting companies of all sizes—from startups to large tech companies, defense and cybersecurity—with the industry's brightest minds.We focus on recruiting top-tier developers, DevOps engineers, QA professionals, data experts and more.
