- Create high-converting ads and articles using real-time data and market insights.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to spot emerging trends and prepare for key sales events like Prime Day and Black Friday.
- Hire, train, and manage freelance designers to boost content production.
- Innovate new creative practices and strategies to unlock growth and performance.
- Collaborate closely with BI, performance, and media teams.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with data platforms and AI tools; passionate about using tech to enhance content.
- Proven experience managing freelancers or remote creators.
- Strong analytical mindset - you enjoy uncovering the "why" behind the numbers and are comfortable with KPIs.
- A proactive, creative thinker with attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce behavior-knowing what, why, and when people buy is a significant plus.
- Previous experience as a content manager or analyst is a major advantage.
