**We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Team leader to join our team of marketing analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analysis, combined with leadership experience.WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing analysts
Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support marketing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Define KPIs and optimize marketing campaigns
Drive insights and recommendations to enhance marketing performance

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics
Knowledge of the entire marketing ecosystem, paid and organic
Familiarity with measurement methodologies and frameworks used to evaluate marketing effectiveness
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools and software
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
