We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Forex Marketing Affiliate Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners across key markets, driving traffic and revenue through strategic affiliate relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners worldwideBuild and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliatesPlan and execute affiliate campaigns to drive conversions and ROIMonitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate performance using KPIsCoordinate with internal teams on creatives, tracking tools, and promotionsEnsure compliance with company and regulatory marketing standardsAttend relevant expos and events to represent the company and recruit partnersRequirements:2+ years of experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, or similar financial affiliate marketingStrong network of affiliates and IBs in target regions (MENA, LATAM, Africa, AsiaEurope)Deep understanding of CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, and hybrid commission modelsAbility to analyse data and optimise campaigns based on performanceSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and fluent in English (other languages a plus)Experience using affiliate platforms and tracking systems (e.g., Cellxpert, HasOffers, etc.)What We Offer:Competitive salary + high commission structureCareer growth within a rapidly expanding global brandInternational work environment and dynamic cultureTravel opportunities for expos and partner meetingsFlexible work setup (Dubai office or remote)
