Pelanor is building the next-generation AI-powered FinOps platform built for the modern cloud, tackling one of the biggest challenges of enterprises worldwide: skyrocketing, uncontrollable cloud spend. Pelanor helps cloud native companies of all sizes connect their cloud spend to their business outcomes, enabling engineering, finance, and business leaders to make informed decisions with contextual cost data.Founded in 2023, Pelanor has already partnered with dozens of cloud-native enterprises and Managed Service Providers around the world, helping them regain control of their cloud spend - and we're growing quickly.About the RoleAs a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical relationship with our customers and prospects, working in close collaboration with our sales, product and engineering teams. This is a customer-facing role requiring a combination of hands-on technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including demos, onboarding, and deployment
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during sales and deployment cycles, collaborating closely with Product Management to ensure seamless, high-quality solution implementation
Design and implement automation workflows to enhance our go-to-market operations and maximize customer value from our platform
Develop custom integrations and workflows leveraging Pelanor's API and MCP platforms

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineer, technical support/operations, product/data analyst, NOC analyst, or similar.
Proven track record of successful and impactful customer engagements.
Native-equivalent English proficiency - essential.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages/frameworks: Python, SQL, Node.js, React, or similar.
Experience with modern low-code/no-code and AI development platforms such as n8n, Cursor, Windsurf or Vercel - an advantage.
Military background in cyber/intelligence operations - a plus.
