Description:Team DescriptionStrategy Realization team sets and drives key strategic initiatives across the company.We complement the organization across corporate and business strategic ambitions.Role DescriptionThe SR Digital & IT Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and with all Maytronics divisions to build and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership.As the SR Digital & IT Program Manager, you will report to the Head of Digital & IT Program Manager, and you will lead part of the strategic Digital & IT programs initiatives.You will manage the balance of the business and organizational needs versus technical constraints and resources and priorities to enable the company to achieve its strategic goals.The ideal candidate is an influential leader with the ability to see the wider picture and a drive for getting things done. Who is able to separate what's important from what's urgent and find the best path forward from among multiple scenarios, earn the trust of stakeholders, and improve the efficiency of our cross-functional organization.This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environmentResponsibilities

Lead and oversee program management on multiple verticals managing schedules and delivery progress across the portfolio of inbound and outbound projects.
Collaborate with high-level management to prioritize initiatives, see opportunities for improvement and drive their implementation, and continually scale current processes.
Coordinate resources and interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
Lead program initiatives - cross-team features & projects being executed by 3rd party teams.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing complex programs in IT and organization environments
Experience leading global programs and projects, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Bachelor’s degree Must, M.B.A. or other advanced technical degree preferred
Fluent in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
