During that period, we have gained a track record of building successful enterprises that have created outstandingvalue for team members, investors, and customers.The roleWe are looking for a skilled IT Manager to lead and manage all IT operations within the company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and secure IT infrastructure, support business and development teams, and drive technology improvements to align with company goals. The office is located right near the Binyamina train station.Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems
Oversee IT support services, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues for employees
Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems
Manage software licensing and hardware
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations (for example implementation of Office365)
Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of IT services
Manage the company laptops: Installations, security, upgrades
Manage the cloud platforms
FinOps experience is a plus

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a track record in IT management, combined with technical expertise and strong leadership abilities to support a dynamic software environment.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a software or tech-driven environment
Strong knowledge of IT systems, network management, and cybersecurity practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse team
Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and software development workflows is a plus
