As a Team Leader, you’ll deliver scalable, high-quality infrastructure that integrates AI models with complex application needs. You will build fast, reliable, and efficient solutions on edge devices, as well as machine learning cloud-based systems and pipelines. You will tackle technological challenges in performance and data scale, and uphold high standards for code quality and architecture.You’ll need both low-level and high-level expertise to address performance and AI challenges, while delivering robust features and infrastructure. You will continuously improve development processes, adopt new technologies, and help shape the future of retail through world-class AI solutions.Responsabilities:

Design, build, and deliver the next generation of features for our AI-based solutions.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, effectively handling priorities and overcoming technical and organizational challenges.
Conduct code reviews and design reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide clear, constructive technical feedback to team members.
Plan team work based on business objectives, accurately estimate effort, set realistic timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
Build and grow your team — hire, coach, mentor, and empower engineers to reach their full potential.
Collaborate closely with other teams to define and deliver cross-team features and initiatives.
Strengthen the company's engineering culture by championing and implementing best practices and high standards.

Extensive Software Engineering Experience - A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
Leadership Experience- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in managing software development teams
Proficiency in Python and C++
Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to inspire teams towards achieving collective goals. A proactive "yes we can" attitude is essential
Experience in Computer Vision/AI (Advantageous): Prior experience or exposure to computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies would be advantageous
