- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic field sales representatives, solution engineers & architects, as well as other Revenue team members to drive revenue for Flexera across Enterprise opportunities in North America
- Lead technical discovery calls to uncover what challenge the customer is looking to solve and the architecture with which a solution would interoperate
- Produce and deliver customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept activities
- Contribute to RFI/RFP & security questionnaire responses
- Provide insight from the field back to product management and engineering
- Contribute to best practices for POC processes, sales to Customer Success handoffs, and alignment to targeted customer outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Certified FinOps Practitioner
- Certification as a Cloud Sales Engineer or equivalent; Azure/Google certification is a plus
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, API tools (e.g., Postman), or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus
- Strong experience in Cloud Financial Management (FinOps), with a deep understanding of cloud vendor billing and discount mechanisms
- Familiarity with cloud vendor native tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer) and third-party solutions (e.g., Cloudability, CloudHealth)
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong dedication to achieving customer success
- Technical influence and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customers
