- Planning and achieving marketing goals, including profitability and sales targets for the existing portfolio, and regular monitoring of the market trends, planning short-term and long-term strategies, and driving initiatives to support the plan
- Developing innovative strategic plans and intensive operational marketing plans
- Project Management: Identifying and driving critical projects that generate exponential growth
- Competitive intelligence: Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjusting marketing strategy and planning to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
- Building business cases and ensuring approval of identified opportunities with new product launches.
- Conducting ongoing business and financial reviews of business development opportunities.
- Identifying and developing external opportunities and analyzing potential targets via active internal and external scouting activities.
- Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with KOLs.
- Leading cross-functional support to ensure effective communication and implementation of partners' objectives.
- Bring responsibility for alliance management with strategic partners to achieve business goals.
- Developing a consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
- Constantly assessing new developments suitable for our market.
- Bachelor’s degree in natural or life sciences, Medicine, nursing, or pharmaceutical.
- Master’s degree in Business – advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience as a product manager in an international pharmaceutical company.
- Proven experience working with cardiologists is a strong advantage
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and social media
- Extensive experience in B2C marketing
- Independent working with manager’s coaching
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong strategic management skills
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity with analytics programs and the ability to provide recommendations based on data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously, which is results-driven and deadline-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially with PPT.
