Innovative AI Startup developing a platform to automate work processes, with a focus on Finance teams. Their first product is already live with paying SMB customers in the U.S., and demand is growing rapidly.Based in Tel Aviv near a train line, the company has 11 employees, offers one WFH day a week, and was founded by Talpiot alumni with strong tech and business backgrounds. Backed by top-tier VCs and post-Seed funding.This is a key opportunity to join as one of the first Data Scientists either as a hands-on contributor or to lead and build the Data Science team.You'll work closely with the CEO and CTO (both with strong Data Science backgrounds) and help design core product capabilities from scratch, focusing on automating manual workflows with LLM and GenAI at the core.*There is leadership potential as the company grows.The role involves:

Applied Research and hands-on development in Python
Working with: RAG, Agents, Prompt Engineering, Transformers, Fine-Tuning, Pre-Trained Models
Advanced Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large-Scale systems
Significant involvement in problem analysis, definition, and experimentation

Requirements-

7 years of relevant experience (Data Science, Algorithm Engineering, Computer Vision, or Applied Research)
BSc/MSc in a quantitative field from a top-tier university, graduated with honors
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
