We are a forward-thinking company that values innovation, responsibility, and fairness.We're looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will take an active part in shaping our financial infrastructure, supporting reporting and compliance processes, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors. You will report to the Director of Finance and support the transformation of core finance operations to align with a fast-scaling environment.Responsibilities:

Assist with our monthly, quarterly and annual closing process and prepare the company's consolidated financial statements.
Help with monitoring budget vs. actual monthly analysis and provide ongoing support to financial planning activities.
Work closely with the bookkeepers, providing support and guidance on accounting and tax related matters as needed.
Oversee and manage full cycle payroll to ensure payroll is in accordance with local law and tax regulations, guidelines and practices in various locations.
Support the Revenue Controller with all A/R cycle processes including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, customer invoicing and collection.
Responsible for all A/P cycle processes including payments, expenses analysis and accruals.
Monitor bank accounts and prepare cash management reports to ensure proper cash flow.
Interact with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports, and recommendations.
Responsible for tax compliance and reporting, tax accounting as well as US tax- sales tax, payroll tax, etc.
Work directly with the company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other economic matters.
Ad-hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Requirments

CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm - high-tech department.
At least 1-2 years of experience post-internship in a high-tech company preferably is startups and SaaS companies.
Knowledge and experience with US GAAP.
Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Highly computer proficient, including advanced capabilities with Excel.
Team player, strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
