We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role combines analytical expertise with practical problem-solving skills to manage and optimize inventory reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between operations and finance, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and reporting.
This is a short-term position (approx. 10 months)Key job responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures with Finance department
- Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations and maintain accurate inventory records
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve inventory issues
- Support team members with inventory-related queries

- 0-3 years of experience in finance, planning, or business analysis
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting and Experience with data management and analysis tools including advanced Excel proficiency.
