- Manage all maintenance, construction, and operational activities across the company's facilities with a strategic and long-term perspective.
- Provide professional leadership and management for the FM team, including personal and professional development of staff.
- Coordinate and oversee external vendors in areas such as catering, cafeterias, cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Develop annual work plans, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of targets.
- Responsible for all aspects of corporate security and organizational reliability.
- Collaborate on shaping the employee experience through high-quality support services.
- Define, plan, and manage both preventive and ongoing maintenance for all infrastructure systems.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems including electricity, backup systems (UPS), generators, low-voltage systems, and more.
- Maintain high availability, including weekends and holidays, to address urgent or exceptional events.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a facilities Management role within a large organization.
- Significant leadership experience, including direct management of teams and service providers/vendors.
- Strong ability to manage multiple internal and external interfaces.
- High service orientation, initiative, personal responsibility, and process leadership.
- Excellent planning, organization, and strategic thinking capabilities.
