**This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Spiralyze. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in EMEA.**This is a fully remote opportunity to lead fast-paced, impactful projects in the digital space. As a Project Manager, you'll act as the driving force behind A/B testing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping long-term testing strategies. With access to high-profile clients and global collaboration, you'll play a central role in accelerating performance, innovation, and results. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (researchers, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, and clients) to execute A/B testing projects efficiently
Build strategic testing roadmaps (10-20 test plans ahead), aligning client needs with business goals
Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, providing proactive updates, motivation, and momentum
Organize and run weekly client meetings, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with client expectations
Maintain exceptional organizational workflows to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, ideally in a software or digital agency environment
Outstanding organizational and planning skills; you thrive on structure and clear processes
Excellent communication abilities - you proactively engage clients and ensure clarity across all stakeholders
Strong curiosity about technology, digital performance, and user behavior
A positive, energetic attitude that rallies teams and keeps momentum high
No prior A/B testing experience required - full training provided
