AvaTrade is seeking a strategic, hands-on business development leader to drive the growth of our B2C trading offerings, with a primary focus on Futures. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for expanding and improving the company's retail trading products and services - such as Futures, CFDs, and other trading instruments - with the aim of increasing client acquisition, retention, and overall trading volume. You will own the full P&L for the Futures business and lead both commercial and operational expansion in highly regulated global markets.
