We are looking for a Team Lead to manage a multidisciplinary team of Application Engineers, Implementers, System Administrators, and Data Engineers working on a large-scale Salesforce platform.Key Responsibilities

Provide professional leadership across all relevant disciplines.
Ensure the technical quality and excellence of team deliverables within Agile teams.
Establish and lead knowledge-sharing routines within the team and across the organization.
Manage and develop team members: promote professional growth, lead feedback and evaluation processes, initiate recruitment needs, and support training efforts.
Drive and support the evolution of technological and business initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a technical team, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong background in development, implementation, and administration of Salesforce, with hands-on experience in tools such as Flow, Apex, LWC, and more.
Experience leading integration and data pipeline initiatives using middleware tools like Apigee, Talend, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and design patterns, with practical experience in architecture and code reviews.
Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, ETL.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce System Architect Certification
Salesforce Application Architect Certification
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
