As a Product Manager in the Lite Apps team, you will be a key player in the process of defining, designing and executing the mobile experience of hundreds of millions of users around the world.Product Manager, Facebook & Instagram Lite Apps ResponsibilitiesMeta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives at a rapid pace.Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm.Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized as best in the industry.Minimum QualificationsSignificant experience as a Product Manager in a highly technical environmentDisplaying leadership, organizational and execution skillsExperience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestonesProven communication and presentation skills, experience delivering technical presentations.Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and designExperience gathering requirements across broad areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solutionPreferred QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree (or degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied SciencesAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
