Backed by top-tier investors and already serving large enterprise customers in production, we're building a cutting-edge platform that leverages machine learning to autonomously optimize cloud environments for data-intensive workloads.We're now looking for our Lead Solution Engineer to join the core team. This is a critical role that comes with full ownership of the technical win in customer engagements - from first demo to successful onboarding and integration.The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background and is looking to combine these skills with customer facing interactions and business processes. You'll lead POCs, onboard new customers, and ensure smooth integrations - helping data teams get real value from our product quickly and confidently.If you've been a data or solution engineer and are looking for a high-impact, cross-functional role with incredible growth opportunities - we'd love to chat.Solution Architect Responsibilities:Own all technical aspects of the customer journey: POCs, onboarding, integration, and early adoptionTranslate complex customer needs into scalable, real-world implementationsServe as the technical liaison between product/engineering and customer teamsRun demos, architecture sessions, and hands-on proof-of-conceptsContinuously improve playbooks, tooling, and integration workflowsRequirements:

5+ years of experience in data engineering or solution engineering roles
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, AWS EMR, etc.) - Great advantage
Solid understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS: S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.)
Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience in a fast paced startup environment
Ability to balance deep technical thinking with practical execution
