- Lead and mentor a team of at least 5 Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering their growth, development, and overall success
- Lead recruitment initiatives across 15+ countries, with a focus on Israel, Europe, and APJ regions
- Oversee and optimize candidate experience projects, ensuring a seamless and engaging process
- Lead employer branding efforts to enhance the company's visibility and attract top talent in the competitive job market
- Analyze and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs
- Execute innovative recruitment campaigns, including employee referral programs
- Collaborate on cross-functional recruitment projects to support company growth and objectives
- Monitor and ensure a high quality of hire, aligning recruitment outcomes with organizational goals and talent needs
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role - Must
- Proven track record of managing sizable recruitment teams (4+ team members) - Must
- Extensive experience in high-growth, fast-paced global companies, supporting both GTM (Go-to-Market) and R&D functions, with responsibility for hiring 100+ roles annually
- Strong background in leading recruitment strategies across global markets, with a focus on diverse and multicultural regions
- Hands-on experience in headcount planning and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a strong emphasis on delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Demonstrated ability to optimize recruitment processes through data and analytics
- Proven success in developing and executing employer branding initiatives
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
