We're looking for a hands-on AI Lead to join a startup and take ownership of the development of our AI-driven product. This technical leadership role is focused primarily on engineering (rather than research), with a strong emphasis on building and deploying real-world LLM-based systems.What you'll do:

Lead the design and implementation of LLM-based features and infrastructure
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into our core offering
Take full ownership of AI engineering pipelines from experimentation to production
Option to grow into a team leadership role as the company scales

What we're looking for:

5+ years of software engineering experience
1+ year of hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs)
Strong engineering background, with a track record of building scalable systems
Experience with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
Advantage: background in data science or applied ML
