- Identify, cultivate prospects and current client relationships, managing a sales pipeline from opportunity through to completion.
- Make outbound business development calls, organize/hold successful client meetings to generate new business and strategic relationships with investors.
- Build on Neuberger Berman's brand presence in the region, be an ambassador to the market, and elevate the awareness for comingled funds and customized mandates.
- Closely work with Neuberger Berman's Marketing, RFP's and Client Service teams and diligently respond to client needs and requests.
- Smartly and diligently use our internal CRM system to track progress and map opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of our competitive industry, clients, and regulatory trends to craft and offer suitable investment solutions.
- You will enjoy working with a growing and dedicated asset management firm and will be eager to further develop our Israeli franchise.

- Rich understanding of the Israeli intermediary/advisory, family offices landscape and how its changing and backed with evidence of being able to adapt to changing buying patterns and trends.
- Demonstrable Investment Management industry or Financial Services experience, preferably in Sales, Sales Support, Marketing or Client Services
- 2-4 years' industry experience
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Strong numeracy, and familiarity with financial concepts
- Languages: Mother tongue Hebrew. Fluent in English
- University degree
- Self-Starter with a commercial mindset
