This is a highly impactful role where you'll help bring bold, high-impact creative to life across campaigns, events, and internal initiatives - crafting visuals that inspire, engage, and strengthen our brand presence.**The Role**As Atera's Junior Creative Marketing Designer, you will:

Design a wide range of marketing assets - from social media, emails, and ads to printables, employee swag, and event materials.
Create on-brand visuals that are eye-catching, purposeful, and aligned with campaign goals.
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-quality creative on time.
Support the evolution of Atera's visual identity while ensuring brand consistency.
Explore motion, animation, and AI tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

2+ years of design experience (internships/freelance included).
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic motion design skills (a plus) and familiarity with AI-assisted tools.
Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication from a known institution.
