Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to take ownership as a co-founder.
Deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML, SaaS, and algorithm-heavy platforms.
Proven experience as a CTO/VP R&D in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong background in FinTech or InsurTech
Track record of building and scaling complex systems from scratch.
Passion for product innovation, user-centric design, and solving real-world problems with technology.
Hands-On leadership, both high-level strategy and hands-on coding in the early stages.
Readiness to work around the clock making it happen.
Nice to Have
Experience to fraud detection, risk scoring, or compliance solutions.
Experience integrating with financial services APIs, data providers, or underwriting systems.
Prior experience with fundraising, pitching to VCs.
