We are recruiting for a leading financial organization an exceptional leader to establish and lead its Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) - the strategic hub for enterprise cloud transformation.You will lead the formation and operation of a new department that will drive the company's cloud adoption strategy, governance, and innovation.Responsibilities

Build and manage the CCoE team (Cloud Architecture, Automation, FinOps).
Define and implement the enterprise cloud strategy (Governance, Best Practices).
Design secure, scalable cloud platforms for AI, data, and infrastructure workloads.
Lead architecture for Landing Zones, cloud networking, and security models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, IT, InfoSec, and business units.
Develop a cloud service catalog and CI/CD processes.
Champion innovation across AI/Data cloud platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing technical teams (Cloud/DevOps preferred).
Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms.
Strong knowledge in cloud security, governance, and FinOps practices.
Prior experience in enterprise-scale environments - required.
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect) - a plus.
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
