In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to discover needs, define solutions, and drive innovation. You will serve as a focal point for GenAI initiatives, helping to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world product value.Key Responsibilities

Lead design partnership programs with customers to test and validate early-stage AI solutions
Facilitate discovery sessions, gather user feedback, and conduct market and competitive analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and UX to ensure aligned execution
Develop and apply prioritization frameworks to optimize value delivery and time-to-market
Partner with UX/UI teams to design innovative, user-centric experiences
Serve as the central point of contact for Generative AI product innovation within the company

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field; MBA is a plus
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
Proven track record of customer-facing engagement and outbound product activities
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with strong critical thinking
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and deliver results across cross-functional teams
