Krausz Industries, a global leader in water infrastructure solutions and part of Mueller Water Products, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and grow our product portfolio in Israel and Europe.This is a key role for a hands-on leader who will manage the full product lifecycle - from driving improvements in existing products to leading new product development - while working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of existing products: performance, profitability, and continuous improvement.
Lead new product development from concept to production.
Build and manage the product roadmap and annual plans.
Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing.
Drive product development projects through a structured phase-gate process.
Manage marketing materials, catalogs, and product-related content.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience working in international or global organizations.
Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
