The Team / Shift Lead Production will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
Check production plans and fullfillment
Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machines

Qualification & Skills:

Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
Proven experience of working in a similar environment
Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfullness
Ability to trouble shoot
Ability to keep calm in times of pressure
