We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and manipulation using SQL and Python (Pyspark/Pandas). The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data, developing data-driven solutions, and creating data visualizations to support business decisions.Responsibilities:

Collect and process raw data from multiple sources using Python, Pandas, and SQL
Clean, analyse and validate large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for automated data processing and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights to support decision making.
Create data visualizations and reports.
Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
3+ years of experience in data analysis and manipulation using Python, and SQL - a must.
Pandas - a must.
Pyspark - Nice to have.
Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries with analytic functions.
Experience working with large datasets and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to write comprehensive reports and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
