- Act as the primary People Operations contact for employees across multiple locations, providing timely and empathetic support on HR-related matters.
- Be an integral part of the Global People Operations Team, ensuring alignment and consistency in processes and employee experience across regions.
- Serve as a trusted partner to our global teams, championing operational excellence and fostering a high-quality, people-first employee journey.
- Lead and manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle events, and internal mobility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and internal databases.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all employment documentation, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Regularly review and update local HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and global best practices.
- Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Generate reports and HR data insights to support decision-making, and actively contribute to compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Lead or participate in global HR projects, applying strong project management skills to drive structure, clarity, and results
- 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience in a global environment, ideally in tech or high-growth companies
- Solid understanding of relevant labor legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple countries and time zones with cultural sensitivity and a service-oriented approach
- Comfort working with ticketing & workflow platforms (e.g., Jira)
- Strong project management skills - able to structure, drive, and deliver people initiatives with clarity and focus
- Confidence working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, HiBob, BambooHR) and a strong interest in process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English (both technical and interpersonal)
- A calm, pragmatic, and proactive mindset - you're comfortable with ambiguity and known for bringing clarity
- Collaborative spirit - you enjoy working cross-functionally and helping others grow
- Maintaining precise employment records and ensuring HR policies comply with legislation
- Smooth management of on-boarding, off-boarding, and benefits processes
- Keeping the HRIS and internal databases updated and accurate
- Contributing effectively to HR projects and initiatives
- Serving as a reliable point of contact and support for staff and visitors
- Drive multiple initiatives forward simultaneously while maintaining focus, quality, and attention to details
