- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Israeli market for storage, backup, virtualization, DR, and networking solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare tailored solution proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the IT infrastructure or enterprise solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of storage, backup, virtualization, DR, and networking solutions (experience with VMware, Fortinet, Hitachi Vantara, Dell, NetApp, or similar - an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits for customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English - written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Israel.
