- You will lead the development of a modern, Embedded Linux-based Platform that drives SolarEdge next-generation products.
- You will design and review technical solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
- You will work with system and software architects, maintaining a holistic view of the product to ensure development efforts align with long-term architectural goals and cross-functional requirements.
- You will lead the planning, execution, and testing phases of IoE projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and leading new and existing team members while shaping the standards of the team.
- You will use modern technologies and management methodologies.
- BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent - must.
- Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams - must
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming language - must.
- Experience in Embedded Linux Systems
- Experience in building complex solutions and leading efforts of multiple developers
- Strong proficiency in C programming language
- Experience in Python
- Deep understanding of Agile Methodology - advantage
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Self and fast learning abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
