· Exhibit advanced knowledge of Linux and VMware environments.
· Responsibility for all Endpoints ( Mac, windows, Linux) throughout the company.
· Drive and direct software and hardware enhancements to optimize business efficiency.
· Lead advanced IT projects in areas of Network, System, Remote Access, Endpoint Protection, and others.
· Plan, direct, coordinate, and review project work plans; meet with project teams to identify and resolve problems.
· Capable of executing tasks directly and showcasing hands-on management style.
· Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and project management.
· Lead and manage the system and helpdesk teams, ensuring continuous improvement of skills and effectiveness.
· Develop KPIs to track IT department's performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
· Manage risks connected with information and IT assets.
· Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize the systems.
· Provide first and second-level support to all employees around the world, finding technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees.
· Responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding process
· Handle security alerts.Additional Positions:Category:Job Qualifications: · Proven work experience - At least 3 years of experience as an IT Team leader
· Demonstrable knowledge of Linux, VMware, Networking, Storage, Firewalls and Cloud.
· Experience with Firewalls and VPN configuration.
· Experience with Google Workspaces and Azure Entra.
· Knowledge in endpoint security,
· Extensive experience in Windows, macOS and Linux OS troubleshooting
· Experience in project management and leading IT teams.
· Proficient in IT KPI management and performance metrics analysis.
· Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advantages

· Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
