Dig is seeking a superstar Operations Analyst who wants to make their first steps in the tech startups world. In this role, you will be a key player in all company activities, collaborating with various teams, including development, algorithms, and sales. The Operations Analyst will be involved with quality control on our app, and recommend new procedures to enhance the efficiency of our daily operations. By providing valuable feedback and insights, you will have a direct impact on our product and the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.Key Responsibilities:

Create reports and presentations for customers
Perform data tagging and prompt engineering to ensure accurate and comprehensive data classification
Conduct quality control checks on our app to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement
Recommend and implement new procedures to streamline and enhance day-to-day operations
Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
High attention to detail
Analytical and problem solving skills
Team player, proactive, and adaptable
Professional English
