- Supporting the Project Manager through all phases of the project lifecycle, including tracking work plans involving internal and external subcontractors, and managing and analyzing the project budget
- Managing a complex project calendar, including scheduling meetings and ensuring attendance
- Managing project knowledge and maintaining the project documentation libraries
- Managing and updating stakeholder contact lists
- Handling procurement processes with subcontractors and tracking hours reported
- Documenting project deliverables, routing for signatures, and ensuring timely approvals
- Tracking and monitoring the project's risk management plan
- Summarizing and distributing executive meeting minutes
- Following up on action items
- Assisting the Project Manager with preparing presentations for management and process partners
- Planning and implementing project management tools to optimize resource management
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity and understanding of the PDM/PLM domain and configuration management
