Founded by supply chain experts, our mission is to remove financial barriers and give sellers the resources they need to grow their business - all the way to 8-figures in revenue and beyond.**About the Role:**8fig is seeking a talented and marketing-savvy Web Developer to join our team in a long-term capacity. This role blends deep WordPress expertise with a strong understanding of performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and conversion optimization.Key Responsibilities:

Lead custom development and performance optimization of WordPress-based websites.
Implement and manage advanced setups in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Integrate and maintain a range of marketing and tracking platforms, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and others.
Collaborate with product and development teams to connect our React-based application with the WordPress infrastructure.
Continuously improve conversion tracking, attribution models, retargeting strategies, and performance analysis pipelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, optimization).
Hands-on expertise with GTM, GA4, and marketing platform integrations.
A strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to drive measurable results.
Bonus: Experience working with React-based environments and cross-platform integrations.
