We are dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare through innovative, data-driven technology.As a Senior Product Manager at Opmed.ai, you will lead a cross-functional squad within a matrix organization, focused on building core B2B features, with intuitive user experiences, and driving product adoption. You'll shape the roadmap for your area, execute on our product strategy, and deliver high-impact solutions that streamline healthcare operations. Your work will directly impact daily workflows for healthcare professionals-ensuring our tools are powerful, easy to use, and widely embraced. You'll foster a collaborative, high-performance squad culture and drive measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.This role reports to the VP of Product Management.Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product development life-cycle of B2B products and features, with a strong focus on usability and user adoption.
Work closely with engineers, designers and other stakeholders, to design, build and release features and products.
Write clear PRDs, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) to drive alignment, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure product outcomes meet customer expectations and business objectives.
Define and evolve the product roadmap of your product area, balancing immediate client needs with long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, in building SaaS products, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Advantage: Familiarity with the digital healthcare domain.
