- Proven experience in building and managing global sales teams, including regional and country managers, distribution networks, and senior key stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships and open new distribution channels
- Drive complex, multi-stage sales processes and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across engineering, logistics, operations, and business development
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in building and managing international sales teams - mandatory
- Previous experience in companies offering engineering or technological solutions in the infrastructure or engineering project sectors - a strong advantage
- Proven track record managing long and complex sales cycles with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, target-driven, with the ability to align and motivate cross-organizational teams
- Experience working with global clients, conducting high-level negotiations, and leading complex deals
- Fluent English - mandatory
