- Bookkeeping Oversight:
- Take full responsibility for all bookkeeping activities across the company and its subsidiaries, including accounts receivable and payable, provisions, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, tax reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.
- Take lead responsibility of accounting and bookkeeping processes-
- Including the implementation and enhancement of internal controls and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Month-end close:
- Oversee the preparation of the trial balance, accruals, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and other provisions required for the company's consolidated monthly financial close.
- Global Payroll Management (
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions across global entities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Work with external auditors as part of the audit process.
- Assist the finance team with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Certified Bookkeeper- Level 3.
- Experienced managing a team of at least 1-3 bookkeepers.
- 3+ years' experience as an accounting manager or senior bookkeeper in a global tech company.
- Certified Payroll Controller with at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing of +50 employees.
- Strong understanding of Israeli payroll processes and labor law
- Experienced in Michpal.
- Experience working with NetSuite - an advantage.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Proficient in English- written and spoken.
- A team player, and great communicator, with an organized and structured mindset, and strong attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
