- Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Set clear, measurable objectives across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and events
- Transform marketing into a high-output, data-driven team that partners tightly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Establish key KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize programs for efficiency and impact
- Own B2B demand generation strategy targeting eCommerce, insurance, wellness, and services businesses
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, events, and outbound
- Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs to engage high-value prospects
- Implement lifecycle and retargeting flows to move leads through the funnel and increase conversion rates
- Lead content creation strategy across blog, social, email, landing pages, and video
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to deliver messaging that resonates with vertical-specific pain points
- Partner with Sales on enablement materials, email sequences, and personalized outreach tactics
- Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints
- Experience leading marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally targeting SMBs or mid-market B2C brands (e.g., eCommerce, insurance, wellness, legal, healthcare)
- Proven ability to build a qualified pipeline, shorten sales cycles, and partner cross-functionally to close deals
- Strong track record in demand generation, ABM, performance marketing, and lifecycle campaigns
- Background in AI-powered platforms, CRM, or revenue-focused martech/salestech is a plus
- Experience creating compelling, conversion-focused content across the buyer journey
- Skilled in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments - capable of leading both strategy and execution
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing as a growth lever
- Hands-on operator who can execute and scale programs quickly
