Application Development Engineer

- Develop and optimize process flows for new and existing products (machines)
- Lead validation and qualification of new technologies by comparing theoretical processes with actual machine performance.
- Engage with customers worldwide to support product development discussions
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships
- Lead the design and execution of experiments and demonstrations using in-house tools
- Perform hands-on manual qualification testing on systems
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Service, and Product Management teams to identify and implement improvements
- Prepare technical reports and data analysis based on customer feedback and activities
- Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives
- Knowledge transfer to local and application engineers
- BSc Degree in Engineering- Must (Material/Chemical engineer – Advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience as process development/application/process engineer– Must
- Proficiency in Excel & PPT- Must
- Fluent English (read, write & talk) – Must
- Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry or fab manufacturing - strong advantage
- Proficiency in DOE methodology (JMP)- Advantage
- Proficiency in Data analysis tools like Matlab /Python - Advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
