Your leadership will drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the industry. In this role, you will:

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications
Collaborate with teams to develop a comprehensive mobile design system and components library
Ensure mobile application quality and performance meet company standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Contribute to the development of our open-source library for the React Native community
Keep ahead of industry trends and technologies to ensure our mobile solutions are competitive

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on front/mobile development
Strong understanding of mobile application development, including React Native
Proficiency in English
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for UX and design - a bonus
