Project Manager

• Analysis. Lots of them!
• Planning, initiation and implementation of processes to increase company profits, organization, methods and improvement processes
• Centralizing business requirements, writing functional and technical specification documents for the company's core systems and other supporting systems (CRM Dynamics, digital management platforms and more)
• Working with IT teams and suppliers includes responsibility for QA testing for all stages of the project (setup, execution, management, and control).
• Local application management – ongoing operations including app promotion, feature implementation, analysis of app goals and continuous improvement
• Analytics – generating and analyzing reports, for the purpose of control, measurement and continuous improvement
• Deep understanding of the consumer's behaviors, including building a big data database
• Accompanying and assimilating CRM and the company's core systems
• Mapping the needs of various departments in the organization \ characterization of journeys and their execution, tracking and analysis of the journeys while constantly improving
• Pricing, business analysis and report generation, building and tracking KPIs

• Bachelor's degree / Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and multi-interface integration projects, from end to end.
• Experience in understanding customers needs.
• Understanding project processes including technical aspects - characterization, development, testing, implementation.
• Ability to manage work plans - schedule, contents and budget of several projects simultaneously, including risk management, meeting targets, reflecting and reporting.
• Experience in matrix management of systems analysis, development, integration, testing and implementation teams and external development teams.
• Familiarity with the world of WEB/ mobile/apps/ CRM
• Full control and experience of EXCEL, PPT
• Very high assertiveness and ability to motivate external partners and teams
• High level of English (writing and speaking)
