We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our CRM team - someone who deeply understands complex systems, lives and breathes technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes full ownership from end to end.This is a hands-on, impactful role where you'll work closely with the team lead to develop advanced infrastructure, build and enhance core business processes, and help shape our tech stack using modern tools and best practices.Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end development (Client + Server) of CRM-based systems and processes
Develop high-quality code that meets our engineering standards, including code reviews
Collaborate with the team lead on solution design and tech stack decisions
Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to the team's technical leadership
Work closely with system analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Involvement in DevOps and CI/CD processes
Monitor production issues and conduct root cause analysis
Participate in project meetings, sprint planning, and status updates

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience - must
Strong server-side development skills in C#, .NET - must
Front-end development experience with Angular / JavaScript / .NET Core - must
Experience with writing stored procedures in SQL Server / Oracle - must
Familiarity with IIS, server configuration, and deployment - must
Experience with CRM-based system development - strong advantage
Knowledge of Azure DevOps / Git / Jenkins - big plus
Hands-on experience with Azure tools (Logic Apps, API Management, Functions, Service Bus) - advantage
Experience in responsive design for mobile - advantage
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field - advantage
