- Serve as the principal commercial contact for assigned enterprise or midmarket clients
- Establish and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular checkins and evaluate client health status
- Report issues or risks in executive reviews
- Take responsibility for retention processes and achieving satisfaction targets
- Spot growth opportunities and lead account expansion efforts
- Work closely with the Services team to ensure smooth delivery and client success
- Meet or exceed goals for customer retention and revenue growth
- Keep accurate records and activity logs in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com)
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday, etc.)
- Skilled at managing enterprise or midmarket client relationships
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and datadriven in decisionmaking
- Proven negotiation and presentation capabilities
- Customerfocused and highly problemoriented
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
- Lead retention and account expansion efforts
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value
- Track activities and client data using tools like Salesforce or Monday.com
- 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
