- Manage and coordinate the work of two Senior PPC Campaign Managers
- Oversee and motivate external suppliers, ensuring they meet targets and follow best optimization practices.
- Personally manage and optimize high-priority SEM campaigns in Google Search and Bing Search.
- Oversee additional paid campaigns across Google Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Quora.
- Develop ROAS-focused strategies, campaign guidelines, and structured workflows for consistent execution.
- Introduce automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance tracking.
- Monitor performance through deep data analysis, identifying trends and making timely optimizations.
- Research and test emerging sales channels, platform innovations, and new ad formats.
- Create clear, actionable reporting for leadership, with insights to drive decision-making.
- 5+ years of B2C performance marketing experience, including 4+ years managing advanced SEM campaigns (Google Search and Bing Search).
- Proven experience in high-budget campaign management and multi-channel paid media.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset - ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong knowledge of CRO strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proactive, results-focused, and able to balance team management with hands-on campaign execution.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
