Description:The OurCrowd team is looking to hire a Funds Associate to play a central role in the Funds department. The position is highly collaborative with daily coordination between Finance and Investor Relations to support the growth of the Funds business. In this position, the Associate will have the opportunity to network in the industry and work with global fund managers.This role places a strong emphasis on portfolio management — including quarterly communication with external fund managers and tracking fund performance and underlying portfolio company progress. Facilitate quarterly calls with external fund managers to gather updates on fund activity and portfolio company performance
Create clear and concise materials to support investor relations efforts following those quarterly calls
Analyze and report on fund performance and market trends
Maintain and optimize internal tools (Salesforce, Monday.com, Excel) to ensure fund data is organized, accessible, and up to date
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to funds and their underlying portfolio companies
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in portfolio management efforts
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a fund, financial institution, or startup in an analytical or operational role (required)
B.A. in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Native or native-level English fluency required, both written and spoken
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com or other CRMs is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
Sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
